  Today was my second appointment with John the Plumber. I had 2 toilets installed. I was extremely fortunate that Vaughn was able to arrive a little earlier than the 3 hour window I was given. He was amazing and had the work done in a few hours. Very professional and personable!    It was very evident he has pride in his work! I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Vaughn.   Alex and Matt repaired my outdoor faucet and inside shutoff valve quickly and efficiently. They were highly professional, friendly and transparent about pricing with no hidden surprises. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use their services again for future plumbing needs.

  Eric from John the plumber was amazing for our fridge and dishwasher installation.  He was really thorough making sure everything was perfect including meticulously levelling everything.  He also was very friendly and shared his knowledge as I asked him questions while he was working.  He cleaned up at the end.  I will always go back to John the plumber in the future.

  Owen was friendly and very professional! He prepared an estimate  and explained it clearly to us which was much appreciated. He cleaned up the area and took away all the old parts . We would definitely call on Owen again! We were really impressed !!

  I had a great experience with Aaron from John the Plumber. He repaired the leak on my home salon shampoo sink quickly and cleanly, and took the time to walk me through the problem and explain his approach so I understood the work being done. It’s rare to find that level of transparency and quality service. Will definitely call Aaron again!
