Small cracks in your foundation can quickly become large gaps, allowing water to enter your basement.
Leaking pipes or windows can allow water to seep into your basement, causing damage to your basement walls and floors.
Intense storms can overwhelm your basement’s drainage system, leading to water infiltration.
Without a proper drainage system, water can accumulate around your foundation and seep into your basement.
A backed-up sewage system can flood your basement with contaminated water, posing serious health risks.
Damp, wet environments can lead to mould growth in your basement, further damaging the structure and air quality of your home.

Service was provided on a priority basis. The leak was found and repaired very quickly. Unfortunately some ceiling wallboard had to be removed for the repair but it was done very professionally and tidily. The plumber, Vaughn, was very courteous and friendly.Posted on Google![]()

I hired John the Plumber (Eric) to do a complete plumbing rebuild of the basement bathroom (+4 feet of water) after the Canada Day flood. He explained clearly what needed to be done. When Phase 1 began he showed up with student / apprentice /helper (Reza). They worked together like a plumbers symphony. They completed Phase 1 in a timely and professional manner. After doing so they explained clearly what had been done and iterated what would occur when they will return for Phase 2. I have complete confidence that they will complete Phase 2 and 3 in the same professional manner they did in Phase 1.
It typically takes a plumber 4 to 6 hours to install a sump pump, depending on the complexity of the installation and the condition of the basement.
