Jonathan, Eric and Thomas were absolutely amazing in the service they provided. Called first for an emergency, they came quickly and more than exceeded our expectations. Our home is a mobile home; nothing was standard and they had to be creative, and search out the appropriate fittings. They were professional, straightforward, respectful of our home, personable and did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them.

We had a pipe bursting on us, and when we called them at 7am, they were able to get someone to come the same morning and fix the issue. Lance was very knowledgeable and professional. He did quality work for a good price, and all the work they do is guaranteed. Couldn’t ask for more!

Jonathon and Eric came to replace an external tap. They were quick to respond, on time and fast. Jonathon explained each step of the repair – sautering, crimping, function of the external tap, etc, so that I could understand and make informed decisions the next time work needed to be done. Very professional. After the main job was finished I asked another question about hot water pressure and Jon again answered my questions about how to make repairs. I’m 100% satisfied with Jon and Eric – they were professional, helpful, fast and knowledgeable. They helped me understand, which shows respect. Fantastic I will be calling them again.

I was very impressed with John the Plumber. From the first call with Mechelle to Billy who took care of the issue, I realized I was working with a company that cared. That overall feeling was apparent from start to end. Billy was both knowledgeable and thorough. He also took the time to explain where and what the problem was. I appreciated his patience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
I wasn’t expecting to have to fix my toilet right after moving into my new place. Luckily, John The Plumber was on hand to guide me through the process with their friendly, professional, efficient service. Thomas was amazing from the get-go. Great service, was able to come by quicker than the other plumbers we contacted. The plumber Eric clearly explained the problem and the various tests he was doing to locate it . He was also very friendly, personable, and warned us of any extra cost before proceeding with certain steps. Gave off a well organized and trustworthy vibe. He fixed the problem and also explained what our options were if it came back.
We had a faulty dishwasher hose that Billy replaced, and he identified an additional plumbing issue not up to code under the sink of our new home that could have led to significant water damage. First, the company – called and got an appointment right away. Second, the plumber – Lance – just amazing! On time, diagnosed the problem immediately, clearly explained everything from the issue to the fix and the cost, actioned the repair in a timely and effective manner, then clearly explained the payment and warranty process…not to mention, he was super kind to my four year old as a bonus 🙂 This company will get my business again and I’ll definitely be asking for Lance if at all possible!
Alex came to do the install of shower trim and plumbing of the sink. He was friendly, courteous and helpful. He was on time (well within his window) and did his work efficiently and cleanly. He did not require instruction or supervision from me and seemed knowledgeable and confident. Very pleased with his work.

Replaced clylinders in the taps that control water to the outside of the house, both the inside and outside taps. Alex was prompt, friendly and very helpful. He checked out all the taps to ensure we got everything that was currently a problem or was about to become a problem. Great service. Will definitely call them again if I need help.
Jonathon was professional, pleasant to deal with, explained everything thoroughly and yes the leak at the hose bib was solved. He was even a bit early which was great. Would call again if we have any other plumbing problems.

I called the company to get some help with a clogged sink and their service was impeccable. A plumber came to help me on the same day that I called, very clean and fast service. The plumber was very friendly and from my perspective after seeing him fix my sink, he seemed very knowledgeable. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely call this company for help again!

I called John the Plumber for urgent service due to a water leak. Michelle was kind enough to arrange for the plumber to come the same day. Eric arrived within 2 hours of my call. Eric followed Covid19 protocols and was a pleasure to have in our home. He fixed the issue and even followed up with a phone call to give me information about a manufacturer’s warranty for the kitchen faucet. I had a washer dryer installed. I am happy with Erik arriving early. 10 min early and asking if he can start work Yes. I am always ready ahead of time. What a pleasant and friendly person, Erik. He is methodical, attention to detail. Marked faucets for hot/cold, faucets that was not indicated before. Covid precautions in place. Thank you for a great installation.
I had John the plumber at my house to install several vanities and a basement bathroom (3 pieces). Two plumbers came to do the work and part of the job involved breaking concrete to adjust drain locations from the builder rough in. I cant say enough about the work! Eric installed a kitchen tap for me. He was very professional and kind. He wore covid protection (mask) while in my home, he left his boots properly at the front door and he verified that I was happy with his xompleted work.
