When my hot water tank broke, Mukaley came out and installed a new one the same day. He walked me through the process and gave me tips for ensuring proper maintenance of my new tank. He and Billy were efficient and kind.
I had Cole come over to give me a quote for a new water heater. He showed up on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He explained all the options clearly, including pricing and what would work best for my home. No pressure, no upselling — just honest advice. Mukaley did an excellent job in solving the problem with our hot water heater. Initially he thought that the pilot light has stopped working, but on further inspection he realized that the ignitor assembly needed to be replaced which he did. He was informative, friendly and we really enjoyed his promptness in resolving our problem.
I called them as soon as then opened hoping to get an appointment right away since pipe connecting to my water heater burst and flooded my entire basement and they worked hard to get someone there as soon as possible on the same day even though they were booked up completely for that day.
This happened on a Friday and I thought they would joy make it here until Monday but they managed to fit me in and fixed the problem so I was not without hot water for a few days and I could turn my water back on without more flooding.

Your service today was excellent. We had a leak in our pressure tank that we discovered at 4 AM this morning. We were able to stop the leak but were without water. I sent in a service request at 4:30 and had a reply with a confirmed appointment that same morning, with Eric.
He arrived early, assessed the problem quickly, and headed out to a supplier to pick up the parts, called from the supplier with the estimate and returned quickly to do the installation. Everything was fixed by noon.

I had all four toilets in my house replaced this past summer, and Eric and Ryan were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly thorough and worked quickly and efficiently. As always, I am very pleased with the service that Garrett and Zack provided. They arrived on time, were efficient, tidy and pleasant. A shut off valve was installed at Garrett’s recommendation and I can now easily turn it on and off. I am happy with the work performed and will call this company again.
