I called John the Plumber for an outdoor faucet at the side of my house during the COVID pandemic. The service representative who answered my call was Bill who was pleasant, professional and explained everything thoroughly. Bill was expedient and efficient and later showed my wife and I how to shut, drain and bleed the pipes for the cold winter and prevent damaging. We are very happy and satisfied with his service and the organization. A big thanks to Michelle who is probably not usually thought of. She is the voice of John the Plumber and the first person to greet customers. She too is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. You wouldn’t know behind the phone she has a million things going on, always busy but cool and calm. Again thank you for great service. Please keep it up.
Mukaley was great! He called first to confirm the appointment and get extra information for my problem. He arrived just as scheduled with the appropriate part. He was very professional and did a quick job of identifying the problem and fixing it. Communication with the company was smooth and booking was easy for a next day appointment. Both Johnathan and Garrett were above and beyond helpful, courteous, punctual and professional. Communication was exceptional. I have dealt with a couple of other companies in recent years who fell far below the standard your team has set and I will most assuredly be calling your firm for any future needs. I can honestly say I have no criticisms at this time – it’s been reassuring to deal with professionals like Garrett and Johnathan whose approach and candour reminds one of the level of service sadly not seen enough anymore throughout the service-call industry
I’d be happy to provide feedback. Booking was simple and quicker than I expected, next day appointment from my initial call. Jonathan showed up early for both appointments which I feel is extremely professional. He called first to ensure early would be OK. Zac came with Jonathan for the second appointment to help with the install after they picked up the necessary parts we discussed in the first appointment. Both were extremely presentable, professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. They installed 2 new toilets and a new 4 hole kitchen faucet set and left the place spotless. We feel they did a wonderful job which didn’t surprise us, since everyone who my wife golfs with had highly recommend John the Plumber. We too will join that group in recommending you in future. Eric L. and Eric were the two representatives who came to our house. We were very happy with the service. Both Erics were friendly, efficient, and professional. They took the time to explain the issue and what they were recommending as the solution. The work was completed well in a very short period of time and the powder room area, where they were working, was left in good order. As seniors, we were happy to see that, despite the mask mandate being lifted that day, the men wore masks throughout their work.
Excellent work, yet again! Alex and Eric arrived to deal with an emergency job, and were able to find the pesky leak that was not obvious at first glance. They fixed the leak, full disclosure on the price and left my home spotless! I really appreciate the friendly and efficient approach, and the time they took to ensure that everything was fixed. Also appreciated their suggestions on how I could remediate the damage that the leak had caused. Thanks John The Plumber, and especially Krista who was so kind and calm in dealing with me!
We had a relatively serious blockage in our plumbing system that prevented proper drainage of our bathtub, bathroom sink and laundry sink. The basement floor drain was also frequently backing up. John the Plumber personnel arrived, promptly diagnosed the problem and used a tool to remove a blockage that was some 75 feet underground. There was absolutely no way I could have solved that one myself! The service was fast and friendly. $800 was quoted to clear the main blockage and some smaller ones, Although I found that to be somewhat hard to swallow, I deemed it to be necessary and authorised the work to be done. I’m very happy with the result. I would recommend these guys anytime. They are thoroughly professional and do a great job!
The John The Plumber team was great to deal with. Some of the most friendly service I have ever received. Geoff, Dawson & Garrett were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I received from start to finish.
We have not had to use the services of a plumber for many years. This experience has so far been a very positive one from the first visit with Billy and his associate then the the other services provided by Matthew and Matthew.
What a great service. Geoff and Cam were on time and called before they were to arrive. Fixed my issue, very quickly indeed. Will definitely call back if I have another plumbing issue !
Your service today was excellent. We had a leak in our pressure tank that we discovered at 4 AM this morning. We were able to stop the leak but were without water. I sent in a service request at 4:30 and had a reply with a confirmed appointment that same morning, with Eric. He arrived early, assessed the problem quickly, and headed out to a supplier to pick up the parts, called from the supplier with the estimate and returned quickly to do the installation. Everything was fixed by noon. Eric was professional and friendly and everything went exactly as he said it would. I can’t think of anything that could have been done better.
Greg and Matt Came to the house today and moved some piping around for my basement renovation. They were great to work with. Respectful and fast. Would recommend them to anyone.
Our hot water heater was broken and Mukaley made sure that he found the issue and got the part that was required to fix the issue. He went out of his way to ensure we were back on track that day.
