Dawson sorted out both issues I had (clogged kitchen drain and misaligned piping) and took the extra time and effort to make sure the work was done properly, all while being super friendly and explaining the work to us. Great job!

We had a faulty backyard tap and unfortunately a finished basement with no access inside. Lance, the plumber assigned to our job, was really efficient and tidy. He had to cut a hole in the basement ceiling to access and remove the faulty hose bib, and then install a new one. And he cleaned up afterward. We were very pleased with the work.
