They installed a couple new toilets for one of my units. Will be using them again in the future.
To my surprise the plumbers name was Billy, not John. Either way, he came, he saw and he fixed it! Professional and great quality work! I’m sure I will need some other plumbing job done at some point in this old house and I will definitely call John the Plumber

For the third time of late we had a hole in the water line into the refrigerator. Another plumbing company spliced the line and put in a coupler. Then another hole would occur. We suggested the whole line needed to be replaced. The other companies said they did not know how to do this. We contacted John the Plumber. They came quickly. They suggested the plastic line be replaced by copper. The work was done efficiently, cleanly and within the quote. They even replaced the shut-off valve I had never liked. I would use John the Plumber again and recommend their services to others.
Had Johnathan come by today to install a mixing valve. Super fast and friendly. Would highly recommend!
Jonathan was excellent, he was polite and very knowledgable. He quickly assessed that the toilet was not an issue and investigated where the problem originated. He kept me informed the entire time as to what was wrong, how we needed to fix it and how much it would cost. Prices were reasonable and the work was top notch.

Jonathan came to do the ice maker for our new fridge. He was very professional, he called before he came on the day we arranged, was very polite and respectful of our house.
