Matt did an excellant job replacing the valve of my toilet. He was professional, efficient, and charged a fair price. I’m satisfied with the work

Owen was absolutely fabulous. He called to let me know he was on his way, with an approximate time he would arrive. He was within that timeframe. He was patient listening to my description of the problem and what we had already tried ourselves to fix it. He then explained what he was going to do - the different possibilities and related potential costs. He was respectful of the fact that these costs are high for most folks - he was empathetic in that regard. He kept us updated as he went along as to what stage he was at. He completed the job within the estimated timeframe, too, while not making it seem like he was rushing to get out of here.

Ultimately, I really appreciate the work Owen did. He was professional, as well as nice and friendly. I am grateful that everything is fixed and working well again now. Big thanks to Owen at John the Plumber!!

WOW. I never thought that I’d go out of my way to do a review for a plumbing company, but John the Plumber really deserves it! (I actually emailed them myself and asked for their review portal) Specifically Matt S. He really and truly went so far above and beyond to provide exceptional service. His report and photos were detailed, and he explained everything in layman’s terms for those of us who do not live in the plumbing world! I also really value the way that John the Plumber do their workflow for estimates and approvals. It’s so clear and easy to use and you know exactly what you’re getting for your money. When I called them to do more work, I specifically asked for Matt again because of his demeanour, his respect for me as a female homeowner, and the way he took time to inspect and evaluate prior to making an assessment. I truly cannot recommend them enough, thank you Matt and John the Plumber for your kindness and excellent service! 🥹

The plumber (Thomas) was on time and listen to what I had to say patiently. He checked all 3 toilets and I already knew that 2 needed new flappers but I did ask for the 3rd toilet to be done because I figured it will probably be next. He changed all 3 and left absolutely no mess. I was so impressed by his professionalism, care and knowledge. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I’ll be calling John the Plumber without hesitation. Thank you Thomas for the great service.
