Jon quickly identified and fixed the leak while resetting the toilet. Jon was friendly, on time, and answered all my questions. The price was fair for the excellent work done and provided upfront. Jon left the work area very clean and checked for damage caused the leak to the subfloors. I've always been happy with John the Plumber, from their convenient appointment scheduling, to the excellent plumbers like Jon and the warranties provided on their service.
