Marcus did a great job fixing our guest bathroom sink. Was not draining and the plunge stopper was rusted and broken. He fixed the drainage issues and replaced the stopper assembly. Clean, courteous, polite and prompt. Will use again.

Michael was great to work with. He very quickly pointed out our problem and was able to source and expedite a water heater installation promptly. He also explained everything so we knew what to expect. Phenomenal service from him and the company!

*Posting this review on behalf of my father, John, who had work completed about two weeks ago*

I had a fantastic experience with John the Plumber, specifically with Michael. He was patient, professional, clean, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, completed the repair quickly and thoroughly, and made sure everything was done properly.

The estimate provided was exactly on the money, which was greatly appreciated. It’s clear that Michael takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service.

I have recommended John the Plumber & Michael to my friends and family!

Marcus did a fine job. Had our drain unplugged in no time. Recommended we buy our own faucets and they’ll come back to install.
