Had my kitchen faucet replaced March 23 2022 Rob the service tech was excellent explain everything very professional and friendly he returned a week later needed a faucet adapter for my portable dishwasher he brought one that same day l would highly recommend this company John The Plumber 😊

I heard a whistling noise coming from the toilet on Sun eve. Called John the Plumber early Mon morning and Rob was here by 11am. He diagnosed and repaired the toilet, replacing a part. He was very thorough and explained the problem to me. Friendly and efficient service!
John, not John the owner 😊, was fantastic. We ended up not needing to do any work at this time and he suggested a wait a see approach…which I truly appreciated because he was cognizant of my pocketbook and the work that needed to be done. Will definitely call him again for all of the rental homes we own.
Rob and his helper were very nice, very helpful and informative, and very respectful and pleasant to have in my home. They fixed my issue in an efficient and timely manner that afternoon, replacing the pump, disposing of the old one, and providing me with information and answers to my questions.

After I placed a call for service, I was contacted within 2 hours by John to make arrangements to come see the issue. John is very friendly and courteous. John gave me options regarding my toilet that wasn’t flushing properly. He was quite clear with everything, and let me know he would contact me later to arrange the service. I had a f/u question/concern, which he answered and made appropriate changes to suit my request. Once the toilet arrived I was initially contacted by Robert to arrange installation. While I had him on the phone, he thoroughly and satisfactorily answered some further questions of mine. John then contacted me directly to arrange the best time to come do the job. John was quick, efficient, tidy, and very customer oriented. I am very happy with my experience with John the Plumber.

Robert just installed 2 new toilets for me in Hamilton. I found Robert great. I was able to speak with him on the phone and had questions about changing the tank parts of 2 toilets over replacing them. I ended up deciding to change them for new ones rather than replace the guts of substandard builders toilets. I also asked him about the American Standard toilets John The Plumber carries in your trucks and if they’re high enough quality (as I read Info that they weren’t very good). He gave me his considered opinions and I ended up being comfortable going with his recommendation. I’m very happy with the service, thanks!
This company was very easy to deal with. Rob came out within a few hours of contacting the main line and was very professional and frank about the repairs. He went above and beyond to make sure that our problem was fixed, diagnosed what caused it, and offered advice on how to prevent it happening again as well as the warning signs it may return. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or pass their number along

I don’t write many reviews but this one was a definite. We had a terrible situation with our kitchen sink not draining and had a previous company come and do things wrong. Rob from John the Plummer went above and beyond as he came over and was so professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do and that was assuring. I have definitely found the company I trust moving forward and I can’t say enough about Rob and how he goes above and beyond in what he does.
My Husband tried to fix a leaky valve on a Saturday afternoon. Sadly he failed miserably and broke a pipe. Rob from John the Plumber came within an hour and fixed the problem. We needed the water valve fixed, Mike came provided a quote and with in 2 days the they provided the service. Mike was professional, and extremely helpful.
