Had Mathew, the second installer  come this morning to install a third faucet and check a few things from the previous installations by this company.. He was a pleasure. He was polite, helpful, answered all my questions, and did a great job. Thank you so much Mathew!

HOWEVER, ………. I paid the first installer ( Andrew) $2,500 in May. Today is June 23rd. I have been waiting exactly “5” weeks today to get a paper receipt listing what was done , and marked paid, for my house files. I’m a senior and that’s what I do with all my house repairs. I told Andrew at the time of payment that I require a paper receipt. Since then, I have called a couple of times to request it again. I called again today and got more excuses. Today is five weeks, … “5”,…. and I’ve still NOT received a paper or any receipt from this company. I’m “78” and have had many companies do things for this house I’ve lived in for “53” years. NEVER have I  had to request a receipt, let alone repeatedly. It’s outrageous! I paid you immediately!  I’d like a paper receipt mailed to me ASAP for the $2,500 paid to you, and itemizing what was done!

Ps. Thanks to Sydney, the office manager,…..I received my long awaited receipt, and actually received multiple.

It is now October 15th. Two amazing plumbers, Garrett & Brad came this afternoon to fix some remaining water issues. One faucet and drain weren’t functioning properly, so they were fixed, and a few other small issues with previous work were resolved.

I don’t know how to give 5 stars to these men, (not a techie) but they certainly deserve it for their knowledge, expertise, and the wonderful job they both did today. Thank you so much Brad and Garrett.

I wish I wouldve asked for their names but it was two very educated, professional men that solved the issue I had with my sink being clogged. They did their work and it was like they were never here super clean and tidy work. The reviews didnt lie when they said John the Plumber was the best.
