Trevor was great! Showed up within the booked window and called 20 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on the way. Was able to fix two issues in my house, and took the time to explain what I should look out for if any issues come up in the future. The 2 plumbers who visited were both very nice young professional gentlemen. They called ahead to ask if arriving early was OK by me. After inspecting the problem, they clearly explained the diagnosis and gave me options. When I chose the option for them to work on the problem right away, it didn't take them long to fix everything.
