  I've had Charlie to my house for three separate plumbing repairs - shut off valves for clothes washer, a leaky toilet and a third time for shut off valves for two bathrooms and kitchen sink.  All three times, Charlie was very efficient and professional.  He always makes a point to ask at the end of the appointment if there is anything else he can do.  This question actually led to the recent visit for three sets of shut off valves.  Had he not asked, I probably would have attempted the installation myself and it probably would have taken an entire day and many curse words instead of the hour it took him!   Rick was excellent. He called us to inform us he was running late and kept us updated on his arrival time. He worked with us to improve our sump pump efficiency and correct an existing problem. We will definitely use John The Plumber in the future, and request Rick without hesitation.

  The communication and booking the appointment very easy and efficient. The plumber (Rick) showed up on time and it was incredible to have someone come out so fast.
