Nikki Faucet installation
Outdoor plumbing repair

Very happy with the services provided by John the Plumber! Ricardo gave an honest assessment of the issue when he did the estimate, and when he came to actually do the repair, he was able to complete it exactly as described. Ricardo was on time, called in advance to confirm his arrival, did the job quickly and efficiently, and was friendly and easy to deal with. Will absolutely use again!

Alistair Shower Installation

In summary, we were very happy with the quality of the service we received. For the appraisal visit Rick showed up at the appropriate time, preceded by a phone call to gather some information. The timing of subsequent visits was complicated by some unforeseen events, including a major snow storm, but I was impressed with his commitment to getting the job completed. Unfortunately, it turned out that the job could not be completed because of a mismatch between the unit we had obtained ourselves and the design of our shower stall. However, I was impressed by Rick’s consideration of different possible solutions and his discussion of them with me. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I feel that Rick went beyond what many people would have been prepared to do in the circumstances.

Drain Cleaning Reviews From Kingston Customers

From stubborn sink clogs to deeper drain blockages, here's what customers have said about their experiences with John The Plumber & Drain Cleaning.

Blocked Drain

I had a blocked drain on a Sunday, John the Plumber was listed as being open. I was skeptical however a very nice and helpful lady answered and got me a plumber that day! A short time later Ashton called and confirmed the appointment. Everything was explained upfront and I was kept well informed of the cost. I was also shown the nature of the blockage. I was impressed with Ashton, and John the Plumber, very professional and thorough. Great work.

Richardo was professional and efficient. He replaced a section of the old kitchen drain pipe and cleared a seriously clogged pipe. He was punctual and polite. I would recommend him without hesitation.
