  We just had an amazing experience with this company. Rick was an absolute pro, and fixed a leaking pipe that we found just this morning(I now understand why plumbers hate spray foam insulation).   Had some leaks in my water pipes so called John the Plumber. Ricardo called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled.  When he arrived he gave a couple of options of how to fix the leak and explained why he recommended what he did.  Was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job.
