Charles did an awesome job setting up the new stand pipe and water supply lines for my washer. He was on time, courteous, and made sure the job was done and tested before going. During the quotation process he presented different options to accomplish our goals and was able to tell us what the pros/cons of each were. Had some leaks in my water pipes so called John the Plumber.
The plumber called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled. When he arrived he gave a couple of options of how to fix the leak and explained why he recommended what he did. Was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job.
We had a nasty leak in our main floor ceiling and called John The Plumber. The plumbers arrived, assessed the situation, cut a tiny hole in the ceiling in the EXACT spot the leak was coming from. He repaired the pipe that had come apart in LESS THAN A MINUTE. Both men were knowledgable, courteous and friendly. Their rates are excellent as well. We would HIGHLY recommend these two gentlemen if you need a Plumber!
