Rick was very professional and helpful in that he told us what he was doing and why. Not fun to have a slow moving drain but Rick was definitely helpful in overcoming that challenge. Ricardo showed up promptly at the start of the range of times I was given to install a UV purifier in my water system. That was very helpful. There was a slight miscommunication in the work that was required, but Ricardo easily understood what was to be done, picked up the parts needed, and returned to finish the job in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the service, and will likely request Ricardo’s assistance at our new house after we move.
I’ve used John the Plumber three times now: twice for leaking pipes, once for a backed up drain. Each time Rick has been a quick, effective, and polite. We replaced the counter top in our kitchen but I couldn’t connect new sink strainers to the old PVC drain piping. I couldn’t figure it out. However, Travis (Jardine) did in about two seconds and had the sink strainers connected to the old piping in about ten minutes. No charge. Thank you Travis.
A recent plumbing crisis had us scrambling for assistance in the midst of the pandemic. Travis and his crew responded immediately and worked with our insurer to complete the necessary major repair as quickly as possible.
