This is my first experience with JTP and I couldn’t be more impressed. They were professional without being scripted, quick, on time and Rick, the pro that fixed the leak in my shower was a pleasure to deal with. Their follow up is truly admirable, I received a personal email after completing the survey, and their rates are competitive.  Will use for all future plumbing needs.  Highly recommend this company!

We had a nasty leak in our main floor ceiling and called John The Plumber.  The plumbers arrived, assessed the situation, cut a tiny hole in the ceiling in the EXACT spot the leak was coming from.  The plumber repaired the pipe that had come apart in LESS THAN A MINUTE.  Both men were knowledgable, courteous and friendly.  Their rates are excellent as well.  We would HIGHLY recommend these two gentlemen if you need a Plumber!

Had some leaks in my water pipes so called John the Plumber.

The plumber called ahead and was able to come earlier than scheduled.  When he arrived he gave a couple of options of how to fix the leak and explained why he recommended what he did.  Was done in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job.
