BenWhen we bought our 100 year old farm home 7 months ago we were informed by the insurance company that we had some plumbing work to do. We needed to fix our waste pipe to our septic and replace our galvanized piping. I called John the plumber and set up a time for them to come see the job at hand. I was fully expecting to spend a grand or two in repairs as these jobs are never easy.
The plumber showed up, took a look at the work and quoted me such a low and fair price that I called the office immediately to set up an appointment. James sbowed up on time and had the job done perfectly. He even helped me with my sump pump that was giving me a hard time. With such an old home we ran into a slight problem with out hot water upstairs after he left. I called the office and he was here the next day and fixed everything up. He even brought our two dogs some treats. Having James in our home with my 6 month old daughter and my wife I felt completely at ease. Very nice, honest company. Great work. Thank you!

Called them Tuesday morning to reroute my toilet drain, and replace the old copper stack from the basement up to an already updated stack coming from the roof down to the kitchen. I needed my toilet drain rerouted to accommodate the new kitchen cabinets being installed. They showed up Wednesday morning at 9:30 and had to work done by 12:30! It wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t something I was willing to go cheap on anyway. Geat job guys.

The plumbers arrived, assessed the situation, cut a tiny hole in the ceiling in the EXACT spot the leak was coming from. André repaired the pipe that had come apart in LESS THAN A MINUTE.
