We have used John the plumber twice over last 4 weks. First for a bidet hose installation, and again for adjusting kitchen sink P trap and blockage cleaning. Michael came both times. Provided a fair estimate and service was highly professional and of high standard. No hidden cost no hassle. We are going to use them again soon for another project.

Checked several plumbing companies for a leak in our basement, starting with the reviews first, I noticed about how nice this guy named Mike of John the Plumber is so i called this company. Had a rusted and leaking pipe in the kitchen causing water to leak into the basement below. Mike was on time and punctual, friendly and very informative from the start. He was able to locate the problem spot within minutes and solve the issue without any incident. He even went further to offer more advice and prevention measures so the issue doesn’t arise in the future. The cost was very reasonable for the work done. Highly recommend .
I used John the plumber for the first time on June 3rd to replace a shut off valve for my outdoor tap. I was a bit nervous just calling someone off the internet but as soon as Michael Arrived he made me feel at ease. He assessed the situation quickly and explained everything he was doing. He was honest advising that only one of my taps needed repair instead of both like I was concerned about. I would call this company again and recommend Michael to my friends he was great!
