Mike arrived on time quoted the job. Was able to do the laundry sink installation immediately. Found a leak of an old shut off valve and was able to fix it as well. Left the room clean. Would definitely use again

My sump pump had stopped working and no other plumber in the area would come out. Even the plumber we had been using for 30 years. I called John the Plumber and the young lady that answered the phone was quick to ease my mind. It was after 4 in the afternoon and she said they would have someone out that evening. Robert came just after 5 just like he said when he called. Robert was fast efficient and very courteous. The work is guaranteed and was done in no time. I couldn’t be happier with the work that Robert did. I would recommend this company and Robert without hesitation
My tenant texted me that the toilet was completely blocked. They had tried plunging but nothing worked.
Unfortunately the handyman I use near Burlington is away. Unfortunate timing. I called John The Plumber. They organized an appointment with my tenant.
My tenant was happy with the service. She said that they texted when they were on the way and arrived as scheduled. They fixed the toilet blockage very quickly. They offered her a monthly thing that apparently helps landlords. I haven’t bothered with it, but I appreciate the thought. Overall, very satisfied with the prompt service. I live out of town and they made the experience very easy for me and my tenant. They sent me pictures to show that it everything was fixed. I thought that was cool. I will use their services again in the future when I find myself in a similar situation.
Robert was very knowledgeable and was quick to determine that we needed a new kitchen faucet as our old one was leaking. He even had a new faucet on hand and installed it for us in no time! Would definitely use John the Plumber for future work!

We called to have a waterline installed for our fridge. They were able to accommodate for my schedule which most places aren’t able to do. Robert arrived within the time frame given and was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend then to anyone who needs a plumber.
