Geoff and Garrett were very reassuring and helpful. They fixed the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix my plumbing issues long term. They kept me informed at every step of the visit and were very respectful.
Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work received from John The Plumber team. Our work began in mid December with Johnathan coming to our place for a quote, he took his time explaining the process, he was informative and helped us make the final decisions on where to place our tub/toilet and vanity, maximizing our layout.
Liam and Connor then began smashing up our floor to install the new drains. They were very respectful of our home, putting down blankets and softly closing doors when coming/going, they did a great job throughout and left my basement super tidy.
Upon completion of our inspection, Connor came back to begin backfilling and pouring concrete, his dedication to your company is obvious, dude was in the basement mixing concrete in a bucket with his hands! while waiting for Geoff to swing by with the mixer. Very happy with how Connor and Geoff finished the concrete off too, they floor is level and ready for me to begin installing the new framing.

And continued into the servicing/remediation of my plumbing issue that Tomas provided. Tomas resolved my plumbing issue efficiently, was very nice, personable and professional throughout the process. I had a plumbing issue i needed resolved immediately. Mike Came out right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and explained the problem to me. He charged me a very fair price and i was very happy with everything….He will be my go-to plumber moving forward. Thanks Mike
Very reliable, fast and professional. I had a lead in my toilet and Jonathan was awesome in doing the job quickly and then he found that the toilet was leaking which he replaced. Highly recommended!
Geoff introduced new employee Cameron both where very neat in appearance &wore masks.Geoff assessed the problem, quoted a reasonable price and I agreed. Cameron went to the truck & carried in their tools. Cameron assisted from the upstairs kitchen turning water on & off. Geoff & Cameron both worked at unplugging the sewer successfully in less than an hour. They were both very polite& friendly. Because the job went so well an additional $20 disc was granted in addition to the original 10% senior discount first offered. We will call this team if ever needed again.
This is the second time Billy has been to work at our house. On both occasions he did a great job with confidence and courtesy. He gives good and useful advice, and he clearly knows what he’s doing. When he leaves everything is cleaned up and working properly. He is a credit to his trade.
