We cannot say enough about this experience. What I was told to expect on the call to set up the appointment is exactly what happened. Mike accessed the problem, came downstairs and told what he had found and what he needed to do to fix it and finally the cost to complete the job. Once we agreed to proceed Mike had the problem resolved in a very timely manner. Again 10 out of 10 in all areas.

We were recently in the process of moving so we needed plumbing services for both our old and new home. I called up John the Plumber and had a great experience both times. We got drain cleaning done at the old place and some minor toilet adjustments for our new place. They were on time, super friendly and knowledgeable. I also like that they charge a flat per job rate and not hourly like some other companies. Shoutout to Michael and the receptionists that helped us out!
I cannot recommend this company enough . I have been scammed in the past by previous plumbing companies. It is so refreshing to find an honest and fair plumbing company. It’s like a breath of fresh air. They were on time . Respectful and did amazing work at a fair price . I will be calling these guys from now on for any plumbing repairs .
