Michael was awesome. He did efficient, cleaned up after himself and was so polite. I will definitely use John the Plumber again.
Garrett did work at our house. It was perfect. He was on time, very polite and efficient. He explained what he was doing and you couldn’t tell he had been there except that our problem was solved. Would we use John the Plumber again? No doubt! Would we recommend them. I think we just did. More companies and employees should copy their model.
The two employees had great expertise and smiles. Jonathan and his colleague were very polite and professional. I will contact John the Plumber again and again!
Garrett and Connor came to diagnose our recurring sewage line problem and to explain the options available to us, for the purpose of preparing a quote. They were extremely patient, clear and helpful and left us with a good understanding of the pros and cons of the different choices. We have had consistently good experiences with John the Plumber.
Had an amazing experience with Lance from John the Plumber. He arrived on-time, was immediately able to diagnose an issue two other technicians missed, and was able to conduct repairs on the spot. Lance was also friendly and professional, explaining to me exactly what went wrong and giving me valuable advice on what to keep an eye out for in the future. I plan on calling John the Plumber, and in particular Lance, to come do more plumbing maintenance on my aging property soon.
