We are a Mississauga based not for profit organization. We ran into issues with our urinal and reached out to a firm on the internet. They were good but charged us double the going rate. The urinal required further repair so I contacted John The Plumber. They sent out a young lad, Josh, who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. He did a major repair that required him to break through a cement wall to finish the job. I would recommend Josh and his firm instantly as they were efficient and economical.
After about a year of having contractors try to fix a slow leak to the basement (included adjustments to the roof venting stack, loose flashing on the roof and replacing the kitchen faucet – all to no avail) John The Plumber was able to correctly identify the problem: a small crack in the PVC pipe joint connected to the PVC pipe draining the kitchen sink. It was located against a wall with the crack facing the wall side and difficult to see. The water would slowly run outside the pipe and drip into the basement The plumber from John The Plumber mentioned this is very unusual but he was the only one who was able to give us a correct diagnosis. After 2 hours he made a repair. He was courteous and professional. The leak has stopped and everything is dry after 4 days and counting. We’re confident the problem has finally been fixed. We strongly recommend John The Plumber to anyone.
