  Our tenant was experiencing lack of hot water in both showers of the unit, the shower cartridges needed replacing. Johnathan was able to source the style of the cartridges with the outer fixure style alone, meaning 1 less visit to access the area and investigate. (other plumbers were quoting multiple visits and possible stretches of time needed in order to order the right parts) Prompt, effiecent and very communicative, I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a landlord, when  trying to alleviate my tenant's problems as quickly as possible. Appointment was made within 24 hours, and the problems were fixed. Johnathan was upfront with the cost of the assesment over the phone, prior to entering the unit (I was able to give a clear definition of the problem and likely solution, which helped greatly). Upon actually performing the work, the actual work performed shifted as needed due to the nature of the source of the item needed to be fixed. The quote was adjusted and communicated to me for approval, it actually ended up being less than initially quoted! As much as I hope that I won't experience any more plumbing issues in the future, should it be necessary, I will 100% be calling John the Plumber back again. Thank You!!
