Gave John the Plumber a call when I got stuck while installing a mixing valve that I was unfamiliar with. Cameron was able to complete the installation in a few minutes, was informative pleasant and seemed to be genuinely interested in his work. The invoice was a surprisingly low amount and service was top notch. I would recommend that you not call anyone else. Call John the Plumber!

I have used John the Plumber multiple times and each time they show up on time, diagnose the problem, suggestions for repair, supply a quote, complete the agreed to repair and honour the price as quoted. The plumbers are all well trained and take the time to assess the problem and make proactive suggestions for what needs to be done. No pressure at all. This time I had a leaking bathtub and Geoff showed up within 2 hours of calling for an appointment, he fixed it on the spot and gave me a 10% discount for being a repeat customer. I will be using them again.
